For students who love to read or want to develop a love of reading. Using books from various genres, we will explore authors, settings, character development, literary devices, and plot structure. Each class will include Socratic discussion, a game or craft to enhance learning, comprehension questions and a time of reading together. We will also produce a creative log of all the books we read together.

Ancient History, Mara, Daughter of the Nile, The Golden Goblet, The Mark of the Thief, Heidi, and the first two Narnia books

Cost:

$25 registration/supply fee

$200 for Private pay (cash or check made out to ‘Miss Anita’s School of Dance’)
