Hello, my name is Brisa Flowers. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and currently reside in South Pasadena with my husband, Jason, and two sons, Arien and Julian – both of whom have been attending FUNdamentals since 2021. I received my bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Cal State Los Angeles, and have many years of experience in the classroom, specifically early childhood education. Since I have a passion for all things fitness, wellness, and overall movement related, earlier in my career I was a physical education teacher and dance coach for LAUSD La Cañada Unified, and worked for the Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation.

Homeschooling my children has been such a blessing and rewarding journey. Throughout the years, we have learned so much about different cultures and parts of the world we hope to one day explore together. It’s important to me that they appreciate other cultures and broaden their understanding of the world.
