“Mr. Chris”, as the kids call me, was born in Los Angeles and lived in the City of Commerce while attending Whittier Christian High School. After high school, I worked for a couple of years and then found my way to BIOLA University, where I earned a B.S. in Drawing and Painting, met my beautiful wife, and cultivated a deep love of creating image. I have been a stay-at-home dad for 25 years, raising our three amazing children, (one of which, Lucia, attends FUN – she is our youngest.)

I have been a drawer, printmaker, and occasional mosaic artist for the last 30 years. Teaching art to kids and grown ups alike is the integration for me of relational creating.
