US History (High School)
In this one year course, we will explore our nation’s rich history using a text centered in God’s Word and equip students to better understand our country and their place in it. We will study the depth and breadth of America: from the Native Americans & European explorers through the 21st century.
Students will have weekly reading assignments in the textbook, work on a multi-part notebooking project, participate in a mock trial, and complete two assigned short papers.
- Part 1: Columbus Through Reconstruction (first semester)
- Part 2: Late 1800s to the Present (second semester)
Cost: $325 per semester for private pay (Instructor will provide student with supplemental reading and semester project notebook.)
