In this class you will learn the foundations of moving your body with purpose to gain strength, speed and agility. Which is why balance, stretching and cardio training is important to ALL athletes no matter what your choice of movement is. You can be a ballerina, basketball player, gardener, painter, writer, etc. We ALL have to move our bodies to stay healthy. We are ALL athletes in our own way. I aim to help YOU become the best athlete you want to be starting from the foundations.
We’ll go through the importance of balance, stability, strength, speed and agility exercises with an emphasis on FUN! From friendly competitions to inspire and encourage, never to tear down or belittle. To learn how to walk, crawl, and jump like your favorite jungle animals — and get that sneaky workout in while having FUN!
Cost:
If paying private funds $150 due on the 1st day of Class.
If Using Charter Funds $185.00 per semester.
