HOW IT WORKS

So You Want to Join the EUREKA! Community?

YAY!  We’re so glad you want to be part of EUREKA! — where we find the gold in YOU!  Our process works differently based on whether you are a RETURNING or NEW family.  Check out the info below and CONTACT US if you have any questions.

RETURNING FAMILY PRIORITY REGISTRATION

If your family is currently registered with our co-op:

  • The 2026-2027 Class Schedule will be released on this website on Saturday, April 11th.
  • Priority Registration begins on Thursday, April 16th for returning families. You’ll receive an email that day with all the registration information. (Please contact us if you don’t receive this email!)

NEW OR INTERESTED FAMILY

If your family is NOT currently registered with our co-op:

  • Take a moment to fill out our INTEREST FORM.
  • A member of our team will contact you.
  • Once accepted, your family will be able to register along with all other NEW families on Thursday, May 7th. Look for an email in your inbox with all our registration information.

HOW DO I GET PRIORITY REGISTRATION?

Returning families have priority registration in the month of April each year.  So, those who register this year will have FIRST DIBS on classes for next year as returning families.  Many of our classes fill up fast and implement waitlists.  If you’d like your students to have more choices and options, we’d suggest that you register and take at least one class this year to get into the system.

HOW DOES A HOMESCHOOL CO-OP WORK?

Once you’re registered, you’re part of our EUREKA! Homeschool Co-op. We are NOT a drop off program, but a community of parents who join together to make this whole adventure happen!

  • Parents volunteer for TWO hours per month.
  • Families must stay on campus if their children are 13 or under.
  • Parents of teens 14 or older may drop them off for classes.  However, the parents of the teens are still responsible for them, both on and off campus.
  • Our classrooms and hang areas are “phone-free.” We encourage our older students to “be present” while in class, and take advantage of all the socializing during free time!
  • Our aim is to find the gold in YOU! So we encourage connection, fellowship, and collaboration while on campus. For both the students AND parents — let’s all make some new friends! Check out our ACTIVITIES & EVENTS page or FREE PERKS page for some fun options.
