Geometry (A-G) High School
After Algebra 1, do I take Geometry or Algebra 2? This is a question often asked and the answer is either is great. In Geometry we get to play with shapes. We will learn about properties of lines and angles, triangle congruence, inequalities, parallel lines, quadrilaterals, transformations, area, similarity, right triangles, circles, concurrence theorems, regular polygons, and geometric solids. Students also learn sine, cosine and tangent, two-column proofs, and complete various constructions. Come join us for a strong mathematical foundation that includes the nature of reasoning.
