Jason Flowers, born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, brings passion, heart, and a deep sense of community to everything he does. Now living in South Pasadena with his wife Brisa and their sons, Arien and Julian, Jason loves to help his children improve and evolve in all the sports they play. He has coached several of their flag football teams throughout the years and is constantly training them on the basketball court.

His love for sports began in the 4th grade and carried him all the way through college, shaping not only his athletic skills but his character, discipline, and leadership. Jason’s coaching style reflects those experiences—focused on building confidence, teamwork, and resilience in every young athlete he works with.

With roots in Belize through his parents, Jason’s passion extends beyond the field into music and culture. From hip hop to reggae and roots, he brings an uplifting energy that resonates with kids and creates a positive, engaging environment.

Jason is committed to inspiring youth to believe in themselves, work hard, and have fun along the way—both on and off the field.
